Crain Construction & Development is led by Mac Crain, an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing projects across a wide range of industries. While the company name is new, the expertise behind it is extensive — ready to deliver the same high-level results to every client.

Mac has been directly involved in over $2 billion in project budgets, spanning more than 6 million square feet across 14 states — including Alaska. His portfolio includes an exceptionally diverse range of project types: dispensaries, zoos, multifamily developments, office fit-outs, restaurants, gyms, and more. If it can be built, renovated, or transformed, there is a strong chance Mac has successfully managed it.

He founded Crain Construction & Development to offer something different — the agility and personal attention of a small firm, paired with the depth of knowledge gained from years of hands-on leadership in complex, high-stakes projects.

Before launching the company, Mac built his career as an Owners’ Representative and Project Manager, leading work across multiple states. From ground-up construction to major renovations, he has consistently delivered projects on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
